0.20 Playtesting
Another week has passed and yes, work still continues on completing what may be the final installment of the US Intervention mod. Now with 4 dedicated developers, USI is coming close to its next release. The developers are working hard to cover everything mention by our testers and suggestions. Today we want to show some work we have done to our huds for the land vehicles.
Every BF2 modder knows that work with huds can be a pain, but once you catch on to the coding and image creation, it seems to be a breeze. This update displays the huds we have done for the M109, M1934, M551, BMD 1 and 2 along with a new weapon selection look.
Lets not forget about our maps. We are currently going thru them and giving them some more touch ups to ensure quality and best game play for our players out there. Well back to work we go, until next time, play hard or get out of the sand box.

Iraq never used BMD-2, they only had BMD-1! Why there is no BMP-2 in the game?

And if you wrote Задача and Диапазон on Russian, why then you wrote RANGE on the same hood?
Задача- means TASK, and I don’t understand why that is on hood?
Why you don’t write “Ряд К Цели” wich means range to target?

We don’t have anyone that can read/write russian on the team, so we did most of those things using the google translator. If you have more suggestions, go ahead and post them in the forums

If you need something wrote on Russian, just tell me, I would be honored to help you.
But please write “Ряд К Цели”. That means “Range to Target”.
Google translators are crap! “Задача Диапазон” means this “Task Choise” wich have no sence at all! I laugh like hell when I read what is on your hood!

And it would be nice to made some Tank-on-Tank map only you know a flat desert with T-72M1 on M1 Abrams battle.

73rd Eastings is designed as a tank map, and so will Medina Ridge
You could register on the forums and discuss stuff there, because I don’t take a look at the comments that often.

But this is my sugestions:
M-60 Patton MBT for USA
BMP-2 insted BMD-2 because Iraq never had BMD-2 only BMD-1
2S1 Gvozdika, not “Gvodzika”, you spell that wrong!
Your hood for BM-21 Grad is wrong, that is actually hood for BRDM-2.
And get rid of MR444 Baghira, put scilenced PM Makarov insted.
That is all my sugestions.

M60 patton was planned, no idea where it has gone. BMP1 and BMP2 are modeled but have no skin yet. We were not able to find a photo that shows the BM21 reticle, so we created one that is appropriate. We will discuss your other suggestions. Thanks!
